Would you know if there is a more "affordable" option than getting a 2500 reissue for a railmaster looking Omega ?

yea I kinda get the same feeling that this could take a turn for the worse. after all this is the "help, discussion and advice" thread and a shame if newly signed up members that are just starting to develop an interest in vintage watches were run off by seasoned members' impatient and curt responses.

Nothing "impatient or curt" in my response, the watch in question is a piece of shit, which is exactly what we seasoned members try to keep newbies from buying.

Sorry, I'm not trying to annoy people off but being rather new I'm curious if I can find another great affordables (was quite excited with recent C-Shape constellation purchase which replace my desire of Globemaster). i suppose people will get tired with everyone repeatedly asking the same question. Anyway I did a quick search seems like its vintage alternative is actually way more expensive (seamaster 2990-1 and 2996). Perhaps its why Railmater 2503.52 comands rather good price even with ETA movements.

I wasn't referring to you in my reply. you're just fine 😀
