Seamaster case with pie pan dial

I saw this watch on eBay and immediately thought something's not right. I'm looking for a nice Constellation watch for myself and came across this one. It's a Frankenwatch, isn't it? I'm no expert on Constellations, but I think this is just a pie-pan dial in a Seamaster case. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm always eager to learn.
