I've just been browsing around various watch sites, reading about the Seamaster 2531.80 (I got one of these around a month ago) and there were several threads in various sites, where owners had their watch fall off their wrist, due to the pins slipping in the links.

Has anyone on here come across that problem, and if so is there any suggestions to stop it happening?

I would be gutted if I lost mine due to the bracelet failing!!!!

    Cheers
    Nick

If you wanted you could get new pins and tubes, and replace them all. Easy to do and cheap insurance.

However unless you see that pins are already loose, I'm not sure I would be too worried about it. I would just check them every once in a while to make sure none of them push out really easily, and if they do replace them before wearing the watch again.

    Cheers, Al
