No, the holes are circular for the clasp instead of rectangular. The keepers would also be in the way.

I don't think they make a deployant version of the rubber strap for the 21mm lug width, though you should call a boutique to confirm.

The 43.5mm POs have 21mm lug width and come with rubber straps on deployants. Those might fit, but since they're meant to look integrated, you should find a boutique and try it first.
