should be an early 60s Seamaster, don't know the reference, dial looks very good to me.

Edit: Crown seems to be wrong how about the hour markers and the lume dots? Couldn't find another example like that...

Looks like an 14701. All looks original to me (except crown of course), but may be wrong!

 

To me eye this watch looks very appealing.
Lovely dial, hands and the lume is still intact. The watch has the right character of a "barn find" with scars, scratches, fixoflex bracelet and dirt from wear decades ago.
Now we don't have any movement, but otherwise it's thumbs up from me
