Afternoon ladies and gents ,and the seasons best wishes to you all. Please could you offer you opinions to this watch ,someone with vastly more experience than me assures me this is genuine unmolested seamaster 600 to me the dial looks redone and the movement is wrong a Cal 286 in a seamaster 600 ? And the serial numbers date the movement to 1962 and I believe 600's to have been introduced in 1965? Also the case back features an embossed sea monster not engraved which I also suspect to be wrong any thoughts ? As always thanks for any help Tony
Just terrible, I'm afraid. I especially like the way that the minute markers are inside the hour markers on the left but are covered by them on the right... Look at the 3 and 9 markers. Hope this helps, Chris
That guy with vastly more experience than you must have that within a different field than vintage Omegas. Claiming this to be unmolested is about as accurate as saying that the soybean production of Brazil is ecologically sustainable. The watch is complete bullshit!
