I highly doubt that. According to the Omega Vintage Database, the 136.0011 should come on leather. Also, I'm not an expert, but that doesn't look like any Omega bracelet that I've ever seen.

 

To be honest im guessing at the serial I took a punt on an auction lot with very poor photos
