    Evening all.

I had a gent approach me today asking for help restoring his father's Seamaster 600. I've not had the watch in hand yet but he tells me that, at service some 12 years ago, the crown and buckle were removed and replaced. In advance of seeing the watch, I'm trying to identify the correct crown to see if I have one ... and that's where I'm struggling.

Would those of you with fully correct examples like to show off photos of your watches, particularly where the crown is clearly visible?

    Many thanks!

Thanks. The example in question is apparently a gold case and I was hoping this one would be a match:

But it seems not. I have a fair few others so I'll keep looking!

(I wonder why that FS post didn't show up when I searched earlier?)
