hi guys,

I need a bit of help. I’ve inherited a watch without the back. It’s a beautiful Gold injected Seamaster caliber 563 (the serial is a 33xxxx) but I’m struggling to find the reference (which I think is km6323) based on being 33.5mm and looks exactly like one I’ve seen on sale.

Upon trying to look for a replacement back, I’ve hit a wall - would any one be able to advise on what replacement case I can get? Or if anyone knows what a KM6323 ref is?

Also If you know more it would be great to know the history of model and why they started it with a KM instead of the regular numbers.

I think it’s the same watch as on your profile photo - the crown isn’t the original on mine though - so need to source that too

 

There isn't one, it was a case made in the US for the US market.

 

Anywhere you know I can order the case from the US online?

 

Finding a vintage back may be tough. You may need to canabalize an existing watch.

My guess is that anyone with an Omega account could order you a new back though
