I have a dirty 343 seamaster which I would like to sell but no idea about the price I could ask.

I have the same watch in good condition....(see my avatar) Have been waiting months for one to come up for sale anywhere in order to guage price...but have not seen one. I suspect it can fetch a nice premium-as the 343 chronometer is quite a rare movement-and turns up less frequently than
    other chronometer bumper automatic movements.

Watch has condition issues - aged dial and movement also. I would say this is probably in the $600-800 range as is. The cal. 343 seamasters are significantly harder to locate than the 352 versions and should command a significant premium pricewise but that hasn't quite come to pass.

The case is quite nice, and I am sure that the movement would respond to a proper service. The RG chronometers are very desirable and collectable. I think that this is one of those rare cases where the watch would actually be worth more with a high-quality re-dial, as the way this dial has aged is really unpleasant and simply off-putting.
