Hello,

My son is graduating from University in a couple months and like his pops he loves watches Omegas being amongst his favorite.
He likes the blue 300m, I recently decided to pull the trigger and get it for him.

I have tried 42mm Subs on him and they are right on the edge but still ok size wise, I don't think I would go bigger.
His wrist is a little over a 7" circumference & 60-62 cross section @ 5' 9" tall

What are the thoughts or experiences for this watch scale wise with given measurements?

I think I am probably more excited to give it than he may be receiving it lol

Thanks

Congratulations. In my opinion, if your son has a wrist size slightly over 7 inches a 300m will fit him very nicely.

I have a 7 inch wrist and 42mm is perfect. I can wear 44-47mm Panerai but 42mm is probably the best fit.

Might be worth considering the 41mm versions. Also slimmer and great value and with an updated bracelet they look pretty contemporary:
