Seamaster 300 Pricing Predictions - 007 Movie Release

Similar to Annapolis' post about the FOIS price hikes, I am curious to see how the SMP will faire when the new 007 movie is released in September 21'.

I did not have an Omega during the release of the previous 007 movies, so, would anyone be able to provide some insight on whether the demand for Seamasters skyrocket after the release of a 007 movie?

The only Bond tie-in model that went up and stayed up after the movie release was the Spectre, and that’s probably because: 1) it was a cool looking watch and 2) the Bond branding was minimal (on caseback and clasp).

There is already a price bump on the new one in the gray market stores. Time will tell if it stays.
