Rare is relative...I would say very hard to find...and more $$ than a 2913-3

Why do you ask? Are you trying to buy or sell one?

They are rare in the way that a lot of old things are. Many have broken down or disappeared over the last 60 years. And since many find them desirable, and they don't hit the market often, prices are somewhat high, although "high" is a subjective matter (I would guess $15-30k US for a decent one). In any event, similar parameters impact a lot of old watches, old wine, old cars, art, etc.
