Bezel 100% redone. Very possible to tell from the pictures.
I don’t like the dial or hand lume either.
Overpolished case.
Repro #6 ELs.
3rd generation 7077 with removable spring links looks to be the only un-F’d with part of this watch...

Pass on this.

Think you're right. Guess I'll stay on the hunt for a correct example or just pop for a new Spectre 😉

It all comes down to price. As it was said it is an almost obvious hard pass @10k, but if it were cheap, why not.

Agreed. For $10k I would just wait for one in better shape. For $200, I would have ripped my pants pulling my wallet out. All a matter of perspective.

So somewhere between $200 and $10K. Got it 😉 Maybe I'll offer him $4500 and see if he kicks me out

I’m no expert on these other than drooling on a few- but if you find it attractive and can live with it as-is, or want to invest in making it “correct”, and it’s cheap enough....but that could also become a money pit.

IMO, no price is a good price

also don't think thats an Aldo bezel, but impossible to tell from image
I can't see the "bubbles" and thypical imperfections of the original bakelite bezel.. Maybe I'm wrong if I see better pics.
