I have a few questions about the case of a SM 300 165.024.

Inside markings 165.024 CB. The lugs shape are quite similar to the 105.012-66 Speedmaster, except the facets which are absent on the SM case.
There are some hardly visible marks and a few tiny scuffs, (possibly polished) but a very nice look overall. Almost no signs of corrosion, or marks on the inside back or under gasket.
I have tried to compare with a few 165.024 CB i found online (links bellow), but i am still not sure if this one is real.

A few others i found online with the same specs:

I only had a 166024-67 SC at hand to compare with. All the sizes match. The bezel thread on the inside is identical. Bezel has same size. The back case has the same size (the 166024 being a bit taller). Top case has same size, either from lug to lug, either between lugs, either with crown or without from 3 to 9, either size from 12 to 6 between lugs.

Your help would highly be appreciated.
