Seamaster 2846 with rare dial execution

Hi all,
Have focused my collection on so called ”beefy lugs” Seamasters last couple of years and just added what seems to be a fairly rare bird in terms of dial execution; partly waffle, broad arrow markets with lume plops. Looks like a connie dial but in this case a Seamaster. Anyone seen a similar one?

Oh cristos- what bracelet is that?? It fits the lugs perfectly and isn’t a BOR.
