    Hi,

Would you guys mind commenting on this? I searched the OVD and even though I did find something quite similar, it seems that the case and movement don't match? Also, I'm not sure if it's a redial or not... Seller's asking 400usd.

    Thanks!

    Cheers,

    Paulo

    Here it is:

    http://www.omegawatches.com/spirit/history/vintage-omegas/vintage-watches-database?ref=14940

Sometimes you have to enter an extra "0" just to the right of the decimal point. For this watch, look up Ref. 166.0010.

Dial and hands look original to me. There are some minor rub marks on the train bridge and inside the caseback. This means that something in the autowind system isn't quite right. Might be very minor, might not.

    It should be serviced soon,

the 166010 Seamasters are powered by 562 or 565 quickset. This one is a 565, buy it then :)

That's the post-1962 version of the 14.70x series. Nice watch, just a little too polished but a decent price.

ps - try using 166.*10. You don't have to worry how many zeroes to type.
