I was wondering if you could help me out with a Seamaster 120 166.088 I am looking to buy.

The seller states the dial is original but refinished. It looks pretty good apart from the removed lume and no dash either side of the Swiss made.

I know most of them came with 1002 movements, but have seen some with 1022 and 1012 like this one, are these donors or did any come out of the factory like that?

The bezel looks good and the case has had a polish.

I like the look of the watch, and that's the main reason for buying, but I don't mind holding out and paying more if this is a complete put together. Is there any other discrepancies to note or does anyone have anything I've missed?

According to the Omega Vintage Database, it only came with cal.1002, https://www.omegawatches.com/planet-omega/heritage/vintage-details/14960/ making that a replaced movement.
