I was thinking about finding a place to service and replace some parts of my seamaster "Sparkle" but I wanted to get an idea of roughly how much it would cost for the following:

    1. Clean the case and movement

    2. replace the crystal

    3. replace the crown

the watch is running great and has a power reserve of around 2 days if fully wound.

the only flaws with the watch are purely cosmetic, which would be a scratched crystal, and the gold plating chipped off the end of the crown (See picture) is it worth it to get these minor things fixed? WP_20180828_23_15_12_Pro (2).jpg WP_20180828_19_35_50_Pro (2).jpg

You need to talk to an independent watchmaker. Cleaning everything should be part of the service. New crystal will be a known amount. Discuss crown options with watchmaker.

I honestly have no clue. It was handed down to me after my grandfather passed away.
