Im currently keeping half an eye out for a nice 60's Seamaster or Constellation in stainless as well as trying to widen my knowledge base from just Speedmasters. I came across this 166.010 that I might consider but almost all the examples I can find don't show the cross hair. Is this a legitimate variation and is it original? The script looks correct to me for a late 60's dial but the picture quality isn't the best.
The cross hair is legitimate but quite rare variance. The dial appears to be original, but better pictures needed to verify that and condition. It's a nice watch, member of a Genta designed Seamaster family. Here's one with an original cross hair dial: http://forum.tz-uk.com/showthread.php?263393-Omega-Seamaster-Help
I'm not sure and it may just be the photos but the bezel looks quite marked, especially around the crown area. Here's my non-crosshair for reference: Cheers, Chris
