    Seamaster 166.001
Saw this 14k cases Seamaster but it is not working. But visually looks good in terms of script on the dial and intact lume on hands. Crown looks correct too. Are there any other suspicions of a redial? Does the date window look bit off? Many thanks!

To me the dial looks OK because font looks OK but are there any suspicions of a redial? Like is the date window look off?

Font looks good on this one but the date window could indeed be a problem:

Comparing it with other 166.001s I couldn't find another one looking like the OPs.

Maybe a more experienced member can help here...

The date window is supposed to have facets?

Could be a later service dial.

So the dial markers and date windows are all fixed type so it's not possible to have a changed date window without having the whole dial being changed or redialled (font looks too good for that) So I'm quite confident this is a genuine dial. :)

As pointed out by @X350 XJR it could be a service dial.

If that is correct this makes the watch less original.

If that doesn't bother you - OK but keep that in mind

Is this watch for sale and you want to buy it?

If yes what is the asking price?
