Seamaster 165.002 replacement crown

Hi everyone,
I want to replace the crown for my Seamaster 165.002 because it has a nasty ding.
This is the crown that is on the watch. It's like a star with 12 edges.

I'm pretty sure it's the crown that came with the watch because I saw it on various posts from the internet like the ones bellow:

My issue is that when I measured the crown the diameter is 4.7mm.
When I searched on ebay for something that looks similar at least in appearance I only find 4.95mm and 4.5mm.

Am I missing something? I am searching for the right thing? Or should I look somewhere else?
Thank you for your time and patience.

@rendo I saw that one, but honestly I haven't seen any Seamaster that looks like mine equipped with that model.
I also have a 166.002 and has exactly the same crown as the 165.002.

That's interesting. Boley also lists 42052 as the right crown for 165.002:

However, Ofrei shows 42055:

42055 details from cousins:

Hopefully someone with access to the Omega parts catalogue can provide the official answer for us.

They’re the modern service crowns. Different from the original vintage items.

Where are you located?

Email various parts suppliers with the case reference number and caliber

If they have the original crown in stock. They'll let you know. Also order a new stem

Nothing showed up on Otto Frei

Call Jules Borel and send pic of your crown to avoid a service replacement crown

If your out of the US. Best to mention to avoid big s/h fees
