Good morning, I would restore this seamaster 120 ref 165.027 recently found during my exploration to old watchmakers.
I study in the forum about this reference and also in internet to find legit crown and original plexy, but haven’t found any source where I can buy a correct bezel & spring.

I will be very grateful if any of the most espert forumist can help me to find a correct bezel.

    Thanks to all.

As far as I know bezels are not available to buy anymore as a service part.

Your only hope will be to source one via EBay, etc.

These bezels are notoriously hard to find, but you may have some luck if you search long enough. You'll also need a new second hand.

I’m trying to source it from ebay auction without any success.

Anyone in the forum have one to sell?

I recently bought a non-working but complete 120 with a view to restore it. Unfortunately due to parts availability I was close to breaking it for parts but at the last minute STS advised they might be able to get the parts I need. It's with them now but if it isn't successful I'll let you know.
