Hi all,

I have recently become very interested in early Seamaster 120s. I’ve found a few great threads about the them. I’m primarily interested in the manual references: 135.027 (no date) and 136.027 (with date window). I wanted to see if anyone had any good resources to learn more, photo references, etc..

I’d definitely like to pick the no date up in the future. How do they wear? Looks great on the wrist from what I can see. Would love to check one out in person.

Well. They wear perfect. Not to big, not to small. I had one year of obsession to collect all models. Suddenly I ended up with seven of them. Now I'm over it...

 

But look out for fake bezels, dials, hands, etc. We see them a lot nowadays....

Looks good to me. Is that a ghost burgundy bezel?

 

Burgundy = uncommon. What colors did you have? Black, orange, burgundy and...?

 

I still have burgundy and this one.

 

bezel is light grey..

 

Bracelet not btw...

 

Ah. Well, I'm color blind so maybe I'm not the best person for advice...

 

I dont even know how burgundy looks like. I even have difficulty seeing green...

 

On my watch is bracelet 1069.

 

Ok. I think these came on leather or a 1067. But if I can remember correctly you should fine more info on bracelets in the thread of @gemini4 .

 

Sorry, my mistake. I have Seamaster 60 burgundy.. I think is ref. 166.062.
