I agree with @redpcar from the other thread that this is a genuine Omega, but I think you want feedback on condition and originality. I am no expert, but the case has been polished and I believe that the dial is repainted. The spacing and weighting in OMEGA automatic seems inconsistent to me, but I am still new.
