Darn autocorrect. First my apologies for questioning if it’s ceramic.

2nd those bezels are matte like a fine grained sand paper. If you hit something soft like plastic you can get a transfer of particles into the grain. It’s not a scratch but soft particles stuck to it.

A soft pencil eraser can often remove the soft transfer that is stuck to the watch.

No - as noted this is whatever material you rubbed the bezel against being embedded into the bezel, so not a scratch. Omega makes a tool specifically for removing such marks, and I've done some research to find out who the real supplier to Omega is after some watch owners on another forum were saying that boutiques would not sell them the tool.

The tool is a holder with an abrasive rod in it - you don't need the holder really, just the abrasive.

Omega doesn't tell you who the supplier is, but there's a hint in the part number:

516W000666 | POLISHING STICK 7129-4-F

The Omega part number is 516W000666, but it's the part at the end that caught my eye.

7129-4-F looks like a Bergeon part number, so I checked their site and searched for 7129:

So if you open the pdf in question in that link, and look down to the second page, you will find polishing sticks. 7129 is the product number, the "4" is the diameter in mm, and "F" is for fine.

I noted on that forum that Bergeon probably doesn't make these, and it's likely a Cratex product - someone else took that and found this information:

Cratex SKU Q046 in fine grit. <---- I can't vouch for this information as it was found by someone else.

So if you want you can ask your local Omega boutique or AD to see if they can order you the Omega version, or you can contact a watchmaking parts/tools supplier and see if they can get you the Bergeon product, or try the Cratex part number.
