I thought that it was scratch resistant. I believe that I may have caught it on a door handle, and it has left 2 small scratches.

I am not sure if this can be buffed out ?

Out of interest how much is a new crystal/bezel anyway ?

    Cheers

Scratch resistant is not the same as scratch proof.

Sorry to hear that tho! It would need to be replaced and if you want my advice, do nothing until service time and have it replaced then. Meanwhile, you won't care so much if it takes a little bit more beating [emoji4]

Often what appear to be scratches are actually material left behind on the insert from the impact, in particular on the matte bezels. Often a pencil eraser can remove such marks, so I would give that a try first. Omega does have a specific tool for removing marks left on ceramic bezels, so if an eraser doesn't work you might want to visit an AD or boutique to see if they can remove it.

    Cheers, Al

Mine took a hit and I thought it was marked but it did rub off with a bit of effort .
