Dreamt I paid $12K for a pocket watch with an enamel dial that turned out to be a painted bit of Kleenex box. It was very detailed. Glad I woke up. Anyone else having this hobby permeate their dreams or nightmares?

 

I had a dream Tuesday night that somebody left a vintage matte black TV dial Speedmaster in my mailbox, complete with clear smoked plastic box with the papers in slots just for them.

It's not the first watch dream I've had. I usually read OF in the evenings between finishing dinner and going to bed around 10, so it's always fresh on my mind.

 

Not to worry, we're all just living in a computer simulation anyways. Just ask Elon:

But it wasn't safe at fing all.

I will have nightmares about that thread tonight.

 

I dreamt I got drunk and bid on eBay for a watch I didn't really want that much.
Woke up......Doh......waiting to be outbid

 

I had a dream once that the dial in my Heuer Autavia shattered somehow, inside the case. That wasn't cool.

Dreamt last night I was taking part in some EVA involving the Space Shuttle though, which was one of the cooler dreams I've had, so I'm pretty content with that
