Great catch Eric. I would like to share your expierence to wear it on the wrist for a while...
I´m still surprised by "modest" price the watch went for. It is such a iconic and important watch imho.

I must have put my absentee bid in a little earlier than yours. A tie bid goes to the earlier bidder under most major auction house rules. It definitely was tough selling this piece, but I have dibs on it should the owner want to sell it!
