sacrilege?

I like my rather new 14060 a lot ... good size, low profile (in both senses of the word), does everything quite well, ranks def. way up there on the "does everything, anytime" skale ...

but ....

I do have way more of a need for a 12 hr bezel than a diver's 60 min bezel ...

however, there are none for the sub 馃槖

so, I might make one ... (need to pull a couple of strings first ) ... but here is a mock-up:

14060-mockup_zpsnltcfdlt.jpg

(pic is a hybrid of a 14060 and a MKII bezel (I am not crazy about the lines between 12-4 , but was ultimately too lazy to take them out)

so what do you think?

cheers
Al

Me thinks the sacrileged bezel is a better alternative than to put it on a funky NATO strap..馃槣 why the need for a 12-hour bezel?

I don't think it's in bad taste at all. This is your watch to do with and enjoy as you please. If you like the watch but want the GMT type bezel, have at it!

possibly the smartest (and best looking) GMT implementation ... plus ... if they were to do it right from the factory ... it would be free

(and yes, THAT might be one of the problems ;-)

cheers,

Sounds like an excellent excuse to add a GMT to the collection! 馃槜 馃憤

I find those hash marks useful for timing. Can you covert to bi directional on the bezel?
