Hi - I have a 3590.50 that I'm fond of. It was untouched when I bought it so I had the movement serviced but that's it. Now I've discovered some rust between the lugs and wondered what if anything I should do about it.

I've attached a photo - sorry it's a little blurry but I only have an iPhone camera...

Advice, ideas etc much appreciated.

 

Not sure that's rust. Hit it with a toothbrush and see what happens.

 

Agreed, looks like it may just be crud.
