Rubber bands AND a paper clip!
Maybe I could retire after all.

I wear my SMP 2254.50 on a RubberB red VulChromatic pin buckle designed for the Rolex Explorer II 40mm. To fit the strap you do need some skinny springbars as the hole in the strap does not perfectly lines up with the lugholes.
This strap also fits my Railmaster 2803.52 perfectly and can be fitted with a couple of 2mm Rolex springbars. I have a green VulChromatic pin buckle on the Railmaster. On both straps I removed the pin buckle and fitted a butterfly deployant clasp from Bob Davis.

THANK YOU! I came across this thread shortly after joining, and after just over 21 years of wearing my 2534.50 with the original bracelet (the '98 version with the hidden clasp and gold Omega badging on a butterfly clasp) I picked up a RubberB with a red stripe that matches the 24-hour and second hand perfectly. I think I'll get a butterfly clasp for it as well. On this case anyway, it took the 1.8mm spring bars perfectly. I feel like I have a new watch again. The only complaint I've ever had is having to change the hour wheel on the cal 1128 every 5 years. That's annoying.
