I found this today and took some pictures It looks all original to me It looks to have been polished a lot but dial seem original its in very good condition 18K case and the number on back I cant make out the first digit. The case seems to be a 38mm with out crown. Its a manual wind. I'm thinking 50's? they are asking 1900.00 usd which I feel is very steep! I wasnt able to convince them to take the back of for a look at the movement. Any thought of movement type and model of this watch?

I'm not in the league with the experts of the Forum who will be along shortly but the case most likely isn't Omega but a South American custom case. Seems that back in the day, watch movements were imported and fitted to locally produced gold cases so as to avoid high import tariffs. Any number of brands of high-grade watches may be found installed in these cases. While the combination of watch and case may well be original, it isn't considered as desirable as "the real deal."

I'm also the world's worst dial redo detective but that one doesn't look factory original to me.

Inaccurate poor redial. Undesirable case. Not worth price.

Thanks I didn't think so! I would like to see an original if anyone has one to post. Just curious as to the model of this watch.

There is no such "model"... it is a custom made case (most probably South American)

    It has a re-dial

It does not have a value near to the asking price - maybe 50%

    I would walk away...
