Rolex Trench Watch

Can anyone tell me if this movement is correct? Most Rolex movements I see have the crown wheel engraved on other photos online SWISS MADE and this does not nor is the movement demaskeened also the lumes are gone on the numbers. Not sure how this effects value but seems strange to me. Appreciate you input. I thin dial has been repaired\worked on and not sure about movement if it is right.
