Testing the waters here for a trade. I got this 6536/1 in 2019 in a trade from a collector who bought from Bernard Bulang in 2018, and Bernard took the watch the watch on trade from a collector in Europe. For all the amazing glamour shots, see Bernard’s FS post: https://bulangandsons.com/products/rolex-submariner-6536-1-small-crown Here is what I know about the watch: Case: Original thick case with very well executed recut and nice sharp bevels. Clear serial and reference numbers between lugs and clear case back markings. Dial/Hands: Original dial and lume. Dial is medium gloss and has minor imperfections in lacquer when viewed under a 10x loupe. Lume plots are full and complete, glow under UV and gradually fade, and have a lower Geiger reading. Hands are later gilt hands, the minute hand does not go to the edge of the chapter ring. They match the dial well, and are a shade different under UV. Movement: cal. 1030 movement that was serviced by Bulang in 2018, no warranty, and runs well. Bezel/Insert/Crystal/Crown: Original brass bezel ring with Crown Art Customs no hash insert. The bezel ring is snug on the case and takes effort to spin. The crystal is clear with a few scratches here and there, no chips or cracks. Crown is 6mm underline and that has a small nick. Bracelet: Swiss rivet in excellent condition. I am more than happy to discuss the watch in depth with any interested party. Looking for US based trades…let me know what you have.
