I have for sale a full set Rolex Submariner ref. 5513 L series in amazing conditions, with an unpolished case, a perfect dial and original lume.
The watch was sold at Rolex authorized dealer 'Prouds' in Denaru, a small private island in the Republic of the Fiji Island, in 1990 and it comes with box and papers.
This is the last generation of Rolex Submariner 5513 before it was discontinued (L series is the last year of production of reference 5513 before it changes to 14060 with sapphire crystal and new movement), and it's the most sought after 5513 with the transitional gloss dial with white gold surrounds.
The watch is original in every parts and runs well keeping good time.
Unpolished, unmolested, "almost "NOS", mint, flawless are all abused and apparently rhetorical expressions that however totally apply to this watch: this is my best 5513 with white gold index.
CASE:
The case is even and thick, unpolished in my opinion, with original Rolex sticker on caseback.
Serial and reference number are fully visible.
Original 5513 caseback (correctly stamped 5512 as every WG 5513's caseback should be).
BEZEL INSERT:
Original mk4 insert in mint conditions.
DIAL/HANDS:
The dial is an original "white gold surrounds" with a creamy patina even on all plots and all lettering is clearly visible and correct.
The hands are tritium and match perfectly to the dial.
Tritium is original and was checked with UVA light.
Dial shows no chips around the rehault and no scratches or flourish on the dial.
BRACELET:
The bracelet is the original 93150 with 580 endings unpolished and in very good conditions.
Also the clasp is unpolished and original to the watch and the code (0) matches the year of the serial.
MOVEMENT:
Correct 1520 caliber running well.
The movement was serviced four years ago according to the previous owner.
SET:
The watch comes with the complete full set: original Rolex box (inner/outer), the Rolex warranty certificate, the Rolex warranty holder, the Rolex translation booklet, the Rolex calendar, the Rolex booklets ('Your Rolex Oyster' and 'Rolex Submariner'), Rolex anchor.
Asking 16000 Euro, insured shipping included.
I am not interested in any trade.
