Hi guys, I had it for a project but sadly I can't allow time nor money to it, so I prefer to sell it. It's the very first batch produced I have only ever seen 2 or 3 surface before. They all have a 765,XXX serial number with pointed crown guards and a case back stamped 5512 and 1.62. They also all have exactly the same rare dial configuration: - Gold print for Rolex Oyster Perpetual at the top, silver print for 200m=660ft Submariner at the bottom. - Closed gilt minute track dial - Exclamation point dial Only these early batch watches have this dial configuration. This watch has a unique dial with a very deep brown/caramel colour although it has certainly seen better days! Case The case is extremely full with all original lug bevels fully visible and with lug holes bullet straight (no visible evidence of polishing)and only light marks from wearing. The caseback is stamped correctly for this batch with 5512 and 1.62. The full serial number and model number are clear (easy with a loupe but not so easy to photograph!).Brand new NOS T19 superdome crystal. Bezel The watch comes with the bezel mount but WITHOUT the bezel insert. Or sold with the FAKE military bezel insert shown on the pictures (wanted to try a new look but it's definitely UGLY) Dial The dial is the correct rare closed minute track gilt dial with gold writing at the top and silver at the bottom. Evidence of previous exclamation point at 6 can be seen. The dial is not for perfectionists! It has some damage around the edge and marks as can be seen in the photographs. It is however a stunning deep brown caramel colour that changes tone depending on the light and looks very cool on the wrist. Hands and hour plots match. Movement Original and clean non hacking 1530 movement that has been serviced 2 years ago is keeping excellent time I can provide more pictures if you like, the watch is located in EU but can be sent anywhere.
