·Up for sale is a 1989 Rolex Submariner ref. 5513 - the final production year of the iconic 4-digit no-date Submariner.
One of the last true vintage Submariners to feature a domed acrylic crystal before Rolex transitioned into the modern era.
Highlights:
• Original T<25 glossy dial with white-gold surrounds and creamy, evenly aged tritium lume.
• “660ft = 200m” configuration
• Thick 40mm stainless steel case with strong proportions and visible chamfers
• Black bezel insert with bold contrast and a pip showing matching lume to the dial and hands.
• Solid-link Oyster bracelet ref. 78360 with 580 end links, correct for late-period 5513s; clasp stamped I11 (November 1989).
• Classic no-date symmetry
Condition:
Dial and hands have aged evenly to an exquisite creamy patina.
Bezel action is firm. The watch is running well.
Overall, one of the finest late-production 5513 examples, with exceptional eye appeal and rarely seen in this condition.
