·Up for sale is my Rolex Sea Dweller 16600 tritium. Serial number places it about 1993. Recent service at Rolex Service Center in Dallas Texas, 2021. Has remainder of 2 year Rolex service warranty until March 2023. I will include the service papers and warranty card with the watch.
Running fine with +6 seconds a day on a watch winder. Very good to excellent condition. Has been polished. The chamfers are still easily seen but not razor sharp. Some stretch. Has extra links in place for my wrist which is about 8.25 inches. It has the attached S diver’s extension which is folded into the clasp and not part of the 8.25 inch measurement. There is no L diver extension but there is a wallet and screwdriver tool. There are light swirls which could, if desired, be easily polished out. The case side opposite the crown side, has one ding which is on the lug- see pictures. This ding will not polish out. The clasp has some mini dings on the end of one edge.
With the recent service, the crystal and crown were replaced. The hands, dial were kept in the original tritium. There is a faint glow from these at night which are visible only with your eyes fully adapted to dark. You cannot see initially, but it is there when you have had eyes closed for a few hours. The bezel and pip are perfect, and the pip has likely been replaced in the past. I suspect the strong glow in the dark would mean the pip is Luminova and not tritium.
I traded my white Rolex OP 39 for this piece in 2021 with one of the Omega Forum sellers. Since the trade, I obtained period correct Rolex boxes, wallet, and screwdriver tool. These are not original to the watch but appear correct to the year of sale: 1993 or 1994. I will include them with the watch.
I have tried to accurately describe the watch and its flaws as best possible. It is a lovely watch and if I did not need the money, I would keep it. I am keeping my Planet Ocean Creamsicle which has become my main love. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Price $11,250 which includes any fees and shipping cost. Paypal only. Sorry no shipping outside of the USA.
