The Sub in its current form has solid links and a fairly complicated machined clasp, one of the best on the market, you're probably thinking of the old version. My 1680 has the crappy bracelet but the new one really is rather excellent.

I wouldn't say crappy, exactly. I actually like the older (esp. folded link and riveted) bracelets, except for when they catch my arm hairs!

I was never a fan of the 9315 and rivet bracelets for the same reason I'm not big on Omega 1039s in that they have that tendency to disintegrate, I use the 93150 sort of begrudgingly, while the Daytona bracelet is just superb by comparison, solid, has easylink, and far more comfy.

I think its because I had to pay ~$750 for a new 93150 when I got my 1680 that bothered me so much, the old 93150 (already the second bracelet the previous owner had for it) had been eaten by a dog, so I got it head only. So after paying $750 I was a bit like... this is it? This is my $750? Are they serious?

It is definitely easy to size though which is nice
