I have for sale a 8.7 serial GMT Master 16750 in great conditions, with a strong case and a beautiful dial with original lume.
Serial dates back to 1984/1985 and dial is the transitional gloss dial with white gold surrounds on the hour markers.
The watch is original in every parts and runs well keeping good time.
CASE:
The case is even and thick.
Serial and reference number are fully visible.
Original 16750 caseback.
BEZEL INSERT:
Original Rolex blueback "Pepsi" insert in great conditions with a beautiful fading.
DIAL:
The dial is an original "white gold surrounds" with a beautiful dark creamy patina even on all plots, and all lettering is clearly visible and correct,
This is a beautiful and flawless example of the last type of "white gold indexes" dial, the one you can also find on early reference 16700.
Dial shows no chips around the rehault, no scratches, no "craquelê" or spots, which is also very rare since most of the "white gold surrounds" dials are "spider" or "stardust".
The hands are tritium and match almost perfectly to the dial.
Tritium is original and was checked with UVA light.
BRACELET:
The bracelet is the original 78360 with 580 endings, in very good conditions.
Also the clasp is original to the watch and the code (J) matches the serial number..
MOVEMENT:
Correct 3075 caliber running well.
Original "open 6" data disc.
The movement was serviced 4 years according to the previous owner.
Asking 11000 Euro, insured shipping included.
I am not interested in any trade.
