ROLEX DAYTONA 16523 4 LINER

Is anyone familiar with the Daytona S/G 16523 with 4 lines instead of the usual 5 in the dial? I can't seem to find much information on the watch except that allegedly, it came out only in 1989-1990. It also has an inverted 6 on the 6 o'clock sub dial and the bezel stops at 200 instead of the usual 400. The bracelet also is not yet double lock.

I have seen one but it is a 1991 model with a double lock bracelet already so I am not sure if this watch originally came with the 4 line dial.
