I have for sale a fantastic and super rare Rolex Day-Date reference 1803 in white gold, with a strong case, a perfect black dial with original lume and an almost unique 'made in Japan' white gold Rolex Presidential bracelet with big logo clasp.
3.1 serial, circa 1972.
The watch is original in every parts and runs well keeping good time.
This 1803 is a great example of the iconic and prestigious Rolex Day Date, but in the more subtle and rare white gold case and bracelet.
The Rolex Day-Date "Presidential", first released in 1956, is one of the most glamorous ever produced.
Available only in a range of precious metals, it's not often that you come across a white-gold version with a Presidential bracelet, especially in such fantastic conditions and with a black dial.
The pure elegance and understatement of this watch is second to none.
CASE:
Waterproof 18k white gold case, fluted bezel, twinlock crown.
The case is strong and thick and the bezel is sharp.
Serial and reference number are fully visible.
Original 1803 caseback.
DIAL:
Amazing and flawless original Rolex black dial with applied baton hour markers and luminous indexes.
All the lume dots are intact and they match the hands perfectly, having turned a creamy colour.
Tritium is original and was checked with UVA light.
BRACELET:
The bracelet is the original and rare made in Japan Rolex Presidential white gold bracelet with concealed deployant clasp. in very good conditions, with some light stretch from normal use, with 18 links.

MOVEMENT:
Rolex in house self winding 1556 movement.
Original "open 6" data disc.
The movement was serviced 2 years ago according to the previous owner.
