·Hello up for sale is a ca. 1984 Rolex President Day Date (8 mil serial). Case lines and brushing remain factory sharp. Light signs of wear from very little use. 8385 Bracelet is full length and still extremely tight, not refinished. Bezel is 100% crisp. No chips or scuffs in sapphire crystal.
Purchased locally from the original owner. According to him, this watch just didn’t see much wrist time after he bought it. He was in the oil business and purchased it new during a boom, then decided he wouldn’t wear it too much since he didn’t want it damaged in the field. When asked if he kept the boxes and papers from the time of purchase, he chuckled and asked why would he? No box/papers. He also doesn’t recall ever having it serviced.
