They offer me A Rolex GMT 16700 of the year 1991 in very good condition, last revision recently and with everything complete, papers, documents, box, etc, they ask me € 7,500. Do you think it's a good price? This model has the fast change of date, but the hour hand does not move independently. I suppose that to get a second schedule, we have to move the bezel, if I'm not mistaken

The Rolex 16710 of that era is the GMT Mster II. The GMT Master II is the model with the 12-hour hand which can be set independently. Setting the calendar ahead or back on the 16710 model is done by adjusting the 12-hourb hand ahead or back. Yours is the GMT model 16700, and the 12-hour hand cannot be adjusted independently.
