Been had by hackers. On my aftership app...they lie. This gives new meaning to the phrase -doing my swede in. It's not per se the money but the principle...contact FedEx, yeah right, Shure gonna help innit. Maybe I will but at this point I don't wanna enter that rabbithole

If you paid by PayPal, you should be protected. Talk to them.

Unless you paid by "friends and family" method. If so, then shame on you.

If you look at the FedEx site does it show your item as delivered?
Was it delivered to the address on your PayPal account?
What was hacked - your PayPal account?

The politically correct term is 'vulnerable'. Yes...I am in a mental institution at the mo but I still got ripped off by hackers

If you look at the FedEx site does it show your item as delivered?
Was it delivered to the address on your PayPal account?
What was hacked - your PayPal account?

I got ripped off by hackers
Care to tell us - perhaps in a few bullet points - simply what has happened and where are the issues?

Bought an old Rodana off a Chinese website. They didn't deliver the watch. As soon as I filed a claim a few days ago at PayPal, my aftership app said I received my parcel on the 10th of may. Supposedly a c.julien signed for it. No such person in the apartment block. PayPal say my claim is over because shipper has proof of delivery.

I don't know about the aftership app but the FedEx site should tell you the delivery date. The signature (C. Julien) may be the delivery driver as that is what happens sometimes in UK during the pandemic. They also take a photo when they do that.

It seems you bought an item, it was sent with FedEx and FedEx have confirmed it was delivered so, reasonably, PayPal are saying the case is closed.

I don't know what aftership is but the FedEx website is the master for the delivery data.

FedEx should be able to gps where the package was delivered.
I will contact FedEx, thanks for your replies. But there is no mail whatsoever for me at the delivery address... Best regards
