The font is from a later era. Either a redial or a service replacement - and I lean towards redial. Wrong crown too - it should be a clover IIRC.

Not a fan of this one, I think the seller has also sold other redialed Omegas in the past so I'm sticking with a redial.

The script is the right color and neatly done , Seamaster S is more modern, would like to see the cross-hairs go all the way, overall good job. Hands maybe long (but could be original) What some one thinks of a refinish can be subjective to some degree

Be VERY wary of that seller. Sometimes he has great stuff, other times he's pushing frankens. He's also sold watches that were "repaired" with less than correct methods (ie: super gluing a second hand on). Does it look like that particular watch has the wrong color hands?

thanks for the warning, the dude has a perfect Seller score - it looks to me that the color of the hands do look different as compared with the rest of the furniture on the dial.

On this one, the dial looks original with patina. Agreed though about the seller - sometimes has a very nice watch but more frequently than not has questionable pieces that are pieced together.

    Due to photography angles here

Original Dial, hands acceptable , With Frank the issues are not the dials, but the movements and the cases. He is in coastal Ecuador and the environment is not friendly to the interior of watches. .......Still the dial looks nice

The hand color could be the lighting.

And it's 2 votes for questionable seller - me & Mike. Possibly 3 if you count Steve but he gave more of an explanation - a rational one at that. Still, the seller's potential for frankeness is high.
