Resizing Zenith Chatelain Strap

Hi guys! I just got myself a Zenith Big Blue / TV Screen. The strap is a bit loose for me though. I've been trying to figure out how to resize it but couldn't see any visible pin / arrow. How should I proceed? Thanks!

Hello Gavin. I just got my Zenith Defy Surf. I have removed both sides. I do not see anyway to shorten it. Am I missing something?
