I just bought a new Aqua Terra Quartz and I'm wondering if anyone could point me to the right tools to buy to resize the strap.

    thanks in advance.

Which series is it, can you post a pic? And is it bracelet or leather strap?

If its the latest one you'll need a screwdriver of the correct size to adjust it, it has a screw on either end and a shaft in the middle of each link.

wow, that is really cool! Is it just the newest one that doesn't have the applied markers or the older version too?

Anyone know the size of the screw so that I can ensure I have one ready?

The non-applied markers are only on the Quartz, I think because its a cheaper watch they wanted to distinguish it from the automatic

The old ATq Teak has applied markers. Last year they removed them to differentiate the models. The bracelet is the same as the one on the 8500 models and uses the double screws with the pin in the middle. But fiddly to secure back together but the upside is you won't have screws backing out like a Rolex oyster bracelet

In that case, you would need two screwdrivers or a base unit that has a fixed screwdriver blade AND a screwdriver

The two screws screw into the link, not into the shaft, so turning one doesn't turn the other

the old ATQ teak was fantastic, however the new one has very little contrast and it's very monotone
