This is the modern replacement, manufactured by Omega, back for your vintage 145.022 "straight writing" Speedmaster. Brand new, never been fitted. The back's ref. number is 145.0022 denoting it is of modern, not vintage manufacture. I believe these may be discontinued now. I would like £250 plus shipping of your choice.
